2. Conditions
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the conditions outlined below.
Services are considered delivered once:
- Agreed research documents are sent via email or the client's preferred channel
- Data analysis reports are provided
- Editing work is completed and returned to the client
- Agreed milestone deliverables are submitted
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation After Work Has Started
If work has begun:
- Cancellation requests will be assessed.
- A pro-rata deduction may apply based on work already completed.
- Full refunds will not apply once structured research work is underway.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Overpayment or duplicate payment
- Work not delivered within agreed timeline (without valid communication)
- Work materially significantly deviates from agreed scope and cannot be corrected through revisions
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within a minimum of 10 business days
- Refunds are made via the original payment method
- Bank or transaction fees may be deducted
- An administrative processing fee may apply for manual refunds
